You agree to use SAAVANI™ Career only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the platform's AI endpoints
• Submit malicious, illegal, or harmful content through any input field
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the platform's AI outputs as your own product

3. AI-Generated Content

SAAVANI™ Career uses AI to generate resume content, interview questions, cover letters, and career advice. This content is provided “as-is” for assistance purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated output before using it in professional contexts. SAAVANI™ Career does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.

4. Intellectual Property

The SAAVANI™ Career platform, its design, architecture, and original content are the intellectual property of SAAVANI™ Group. Content you create using the tools (resumes, cover letters) belongs to you. AI-generated text is provided for your personal use.

5. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI features depend on third-party providers (Google, OpenRouter) and may be temporarily unavailable. We will implement fallbacks where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

SAAVANI™ Career is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including job application outcomes.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
